LAURIE LEAVITT

I am a fine artist and teacher who has worked in a variety of media through the years, including oil painting, watercolor, and collage. I have most recently been concentrating on woodcut printmaking, drawing inspiration from nature, trees and the landscape. I have been making art out of the Holliston Mill for many years but have moved into a home studio while continuing to take part in the Holliston Mill Open Studios in the fall.

            In addition, I am a licensed art teacher holding a Masters in Education with a concentration in art.  I have taught art and exhibited extensively in the Boston area and my artwork is held in private and corporate collections. I also accept work on commission.
